Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers can apply for the cancellation and refund of a course within 24 hours of the course start time. However, the reason for cancellation must be valid and justifiable.
Refund Process
1. To request a cancellation and refund, customers must send an official email to excellenceacademynrs@gmail.com detailing the reason for the request.
2. Additionally, the customer should WhatsApp us at 8458066955 to notify us about the cancellation request.
Please note that all refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval will depend on the validity of the reason. Refunds will only be processed once the request is verified and accepted.
